In collaboration with LEAD at Krea University (IFMR), we've chosen 10 essay proposals spotlighting Chennai's socio-economic and political history.

Research: Our research assistant, Srini Kumar ongoing research includes a comprehensive analysis of the existing school curriculum, with a focus on identifying gaps and challenges, and providing recommendations for content enhancement.
Curriculum Development: Our project lead, Ms. Shirly Grace Nirmala, has finalized the primary school curriculum (ages 6-8) and the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) module for community members.
Dissemination and Networking: We have partnered with Gender and Policy Lab for an assessment survey to understand the need for self-awareness curriculum in schools and for the curriculum's dissemination in public schools in Chennai.
Advocacy: ECTE has been leading efforts to set up women-exclusive auto stands in strategic locations across Chennai to promote economic empowerment and safety in the transportation industry.
Networking: We're actively promoting this initiative through outreach and partnerships with multimedia organizations, including workshops and awareness campaigns. We recently conducted an social media awareness workshop for our auto queens and partnered with Mantra Capital to cover the cost of the workshop.
